ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
I’m Tina, and so much more than the Founder of this amazing women’s community!
I’m a Certified Fasting Coach, trained directly by Dr. Mindy Pelz, and I help women over 40 find a rhythm with fasting that actually works. No guessing, no gimmicks—just real tools for real life.
I’m also a Certified Herbalist, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Pelvic Floor Yoga Trainer, and a Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist. So everything I teach is connected—your hormones, your nervous system, your metabolism, your mindset. It all matters.
More personally, I am a friend and mentor with a passion for women’s health and healing.
As a trained Women’s Functional Health & Wellness Practitioner, I am also happily 4 years post-menopausal and have lots to share about the specific practices and protocols I not only help women with, but also applied in my own transition from perimenopause to post menopause. I will happily share the protocols and what I recommend YOU live out in your life transition. It can be natural and beautiful. But you must be willing to do the work.
I have been fasting for nearly 30 years—before it was trendy, before there were trendy, apps or coaches. I figured it out by living it. Back then it was called Atkins, and I used it to manage blood sugar crashes, stop the false hunger signals, and feel like myself again.
